For over a decade and a half, I have worked with leaders and changemakers within organisations who want to bring crucial, strategic and purposeful change from within their organisation, releasing creative energy and breakthrough ideas. Always with a focus on helping people rediscover the joy of working together towards a worthwhile cause they care about. Reviving that spark of joy in people's eyes is something I thoroughly enjoy!
Every strategic decision starts with a strategic analysis. But it only has a chance if the organisation wraps itself around it to make it happen. Getting your own people involved makes it relevant and real. It also gives them confidence and ownership.
That is why I am so committed to coaching, both executive and team coaching. It's also why I work as a Co-Active coach: with a strong focus on who you are as a person, as a colleague, manager, self-employed, parent, partner, friend, ... All the roles you take on in your life, whether privately, professionally or in your community, are part of the coaching.
I take this same approach when I work as a facilitator at workshops and team meetings. Always looking for how we can have a real conversation about a topic that matters, in a way that makes a group become more of a team. And that’s how you get real outcomes in the end, whether we set out to find clarity, options, choices, action plans, more team spirit… or fun!
So that's what I do: Create space for that connection and creativity, through my calm and perceptive guidance. And grounded in the conviction that we can do hard things, and make it a wonderfully creative, instructive and joyful experience!
